How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for books and stationery?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in sellable condition. Please note that digital downloads and used books are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing the shipment, and we may no longer be able to make changes.
